wa `alaykum as-Salaamu wa Rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuhu

Jazaakum Allaahu khairan and `Eid Mubaarak. Insha'Allaah we will be spending `eid with my husband's family (they have 5 kids) and insha'Allaah his grandfather, cousins etc will be arriving from Saudi and Canada.

I loved the idea of rice krispies treats, as well as my idea of cupcakes (can't go wrong there). Insha'Allaah we will be doing some cool stuff like breaking a pinata etc...

I hope all of you have a blessed `eid. Don't forget the Muslimeen in your ad`iyah

Assalam Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu love

Kids love activities. You could possibly have musical chairs (with nasheeds instead). It's probably too cold for water balloons, so that's out. Oh, you should buy those sparkle thingys (like the ones I gave Layth last year) and light them up at night time. That should be like the last thing of the party.

Or you could just come here again. lol

Well if he likes Rice Krispies Treats I suggest you make your own and decorate them. Or make `Eid cookies?

Anyway, I'm not really feeling the typical `Eid spirit this year, so I too am trying to think of ways to at least make it fun for the kids around here...insha'Allah. Time's running out..
